To provide urgent humanitarian assistance to displaced persons while winter is on door and to provide winter clothes, bags and stationery to orphans of elementary school students are of the vocabulary of the Plan of Action Quarterly organization (Charitable Society for the Care and Rehabilitation of the children of Iraq) and the implementation of the plan over the Organization's financial capacity .. For sirs owners compassionate hearts and who they find in themselves the ability to contribute to the implementation of the Organization's program.
